Access to Justice (A2J) Program – Just Rights for Children
Guided by the 4Ps approach—Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, and Partnership, A2J works at multiple levels to:
-
Prevent child rights violations through awareness and community mobilization.
-
Protect victims by ensuring legal safeguards, mental health support, and comprehensive rehabilitation.
-
Prosecute offenders effectively, strengthening legal deterrence.
-
Partner with communities, institutions, and enforcement authorities to build a child-sensitive justice ecosystem.

More than a legal intervention, A2J strives to reshape both social attitudes and institutional practices, embedding child protection into the very framework of justice. By equipping enforcement authorities with empathy and competence, and by ensuring survivors and their families have access to justice and rehabilitation, the program creates a holistic shield of protection around vulnerable children.

Ultimately, A2J aims to build a robust, replicable, and scalable model of child protection and justice—a national movement that not only confronts exploitation but also empowers communities to uphold the rights and dignity of every child.
